Hey Sparkles1, you should read this entire forum and actually try to fix one of these monitors yourself before telling people how to resolve this problem. The link that you provided is a waste of time for the users with this problem and you are giving them false hopes in trying to fix it. This is definitely a hardware problem related to cheap capacitors used in this crap monitor and HP should recall this model because they're losing (once) loyal customers because of it. One more thing - your avatar is misleading, you should change it to "Novice" or something.
